Yamaha XT250 proved perfect and although not quite master of impressions, there is no doubt that it can still make a point is in the hands of an experienced rider. Yamaha legend revived and reinvented the concept, just keep the name and the basic idea. Out on the highway, I was amazed at the tractability R6 engine, I always find myself looking for up-shift on the highway, only to find myself already at the top. Progress quickly, not quickly, under 70 mph over, but erst the above legal limits are not significant as if a cat reprimanded six off without so much as a shift down. Drop to speed today and you’ll find yourself looking at the sky as that which disappears behind you very quickly and it will be interesting to see what will be done in a quarter-mile six.
