
Kawasaki KX 250F
For starters that’s KX 249cc, liquid cooled, single-cylinder four-stroke DOHC, 4-valve powerplant has received a number of enhancements that improve an already strong package. Making a first appearance in a mass-production motorcycle, KX250F receive a “bridged-down box” piston race-inspired, which is lighter and stronger as strengthening ribs that support the piston pin axis. New pistons have short skirts and narrow piston pin to reduce reciprocating mass, so that the motor revving faster. Has changed the face of the piston crown, adding height 0.6mm to improve combustion cylinder with height increased slightly to maintain a compression ratio of 13.2:1.
